Maintains overall responsibility for the Project Management Process:
-Schedules, facilitates, documents., communicates monthly at Project Team update meetings
- Maintains Project Binders for all active projects
- Attends bi-weekly Sales and Operating Planning meetings
- Contribute to representing new business development projects, product launches and product improvements.
- Receipt and processing of purchase orders from customers for individual projects.
- Input project sales orders
- Review of project planned work orders for accuracy, timing and completeness.
- Establishment and communication production due dates with Production Scheduler and Customer
- Assist in establishing project scope and goals as required.
- Development of detailed project plans with the input of the Customer, Sales, Engineering, Quality and Operations
- Creation of project timelines with critical path and milestones established.
- Management and coordination of project according to plan, timelines and milestones.
- Communication of plan implementation status to Sales, Management, Customer and internal parties.
- Assist in resolving project issues as they arise and provide alternative solutions to problems.
- Operationsl contact for a project for Account Executive, Sr Management, Functional Management and Customer.
