- Coordinate and prioritize all client requests, balancing client needs and operational considerations to support the decision making process
- Evaluate and implement client specific servicing protocols, weighing operational, financial, and technical constraints in the valuation
- Map out and document processes by involving key functional leadership for a well coordinated, integrated project/implementation plan. Manage expectations by establishing and communicating key milestones to key stake holders through the process
- Formalize and manage the monthly executive summary and servicing dashboard, including:
- Performance trends/metrics (including default triggers)
- Documentation of successful milestones in client relationships
- Open issues (clients as well as internal areas)
- Existing/pending projects
- Client communications/feedback
- Post conversion audits
- Strategic/future business development opportunities
- Responsible for specialized projects such as, but not limited to: GSE Policy and Change implementation guidelines, third party incentive reviews and billing coordination, RFP response coordination as needed, and project management support for third whole loans or securitization projects
- Continue to keep current on industry, governmental regulations, and trends
- 5+ years servicing/management experience with Green Tree or other servicers preferred
- Extensive knowledge of the complexities involved with boarding/deboarding/converting portfolios from a wide range of servicers
- Superior project management and team skills; ability to drive processes within/outside functional hierarchy
- Client management skills to manage communication interactions with third parties that balance Green Tree’s interests as well as support client needs
- Good negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Strong analytical and detail orientation to support reporting requirements, actions, recommendations, and initiatives
