Will be responsible for:
• Managing software development projects and managing technical support ticket resolution process.
• Understanding, documenting and communicating all requests made by customers for new product features
and software changes and will provide responses to customers making such requests.
• Documentation of customer requested software changes and new features for Product Development
Departments
• Working with Product Development Departments to define scope of work, development timelines, and
responses to customer development requests
Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with Customers
• Demonstrated ability to write Marketing and Customer Requirement Documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
