Branch Administration provides support to the 5500+ Chase branches nationwide. Our team focuses on projects that are Corporate-wide but impact the branches, branch security, and data management and reporting. In this project management role, you will both manage projects and be a team member in large Corporate-wide projects. You will be responsible for the development of requirement documents, test plans, and project plans. You will identify and engage cross-impacted technology and LOB teams, and monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary. Our team monitors and manages branch security and deterrent information. Your role may also include following up on actions required after a robbery event, ensuring all facilities work has been successfully completed. You will help keep a Branch Security database up to date with frequent market decisions and new information. Required skills include proven leadership skills with particular focus on the ability to work with people across multiple functional areas and Lines of Business, task prioritization, and problem resolution. The candidate must be able to adapt to rapidly changing situations, prioritize tasks quickly, and facilitate conflict resolution. Additional skills required are: strong verbal and written communication skills, scheduling, time management, an understanding of Change Management processes. Preferably the candidate will have experience in technology or project management. Candidate should be highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
