Project Manager – Lean, Six Sigma, Operations recruitment
Our client, a leading brand in the Asset Management and Securities Servicing market, has an immediate requirement for a senior project manager to join a specialist Operations Strategy team aligned to the asset servicing arm of the organisation.
The asset servicing branch provides a broad range of services to financial institutions which include but are not limited to
- Global custody
- Fund accounting
- Transfer agency
- Institutional accounting
The Operations Strategy team are responsible for the identification of process-based opportunities for performance improvement and/or cost reduction and the subsequent implementation of change in the provision of the above services. The team work on a diverse range of projects across multiple business lines and team members are expected to own the full lifecycle of these engagements from project scoping through to successful delivery.
Successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate:
• Strong operations ‘as-is’ analysis skills
• Proven full lifecycle project management experience
• Operations change/transformation experience
• Lean, Six Sigma process tools expertise
• Domain expertise within financial services sector
