Description - External Project Manager ?" Learning Management Systems Responsibilities for SumTotal: · Provide Level 3 Technical Support of SumTotal LMS including working with vendor support for incident resolution o Server Administration including IIS, Windows Media Streaming, and SQL 2005 o Create ad-hoc queries to troubleshoot application or provide · Create and Deliver technical solutions to business units based on requirements gathered from Process IT or HRMS Analysts o Custom report development o Integrations with 3rd party content providers o Data interfaces · Create or Validate functional solutions to business units based on requirements gathered from Process IT or HRMS Analysts o Advanced LMS configuration and workflow processing o Unit Testing · Small to mid-size project management for LMS sub-projects o Documentation of Requirements o Task Estimations and resource planning o Monitor and Control via Clarity Responsibilities for Saba: · Work with SAP and Web Methods to adjust nightly feed data routine · Work with BakerHughesDirect team for SSO and to include Saba portlets in BHD portal · Coordinate and assign querying of data to meet Saba data import routines · Work with Business Objects team for BI/BW · Help identify out of the box system reporting gaps and construct Crystal reports to fill gaps · Assist with unit and functional testing including load testing Skills and Experience: Strong interpersonal skills. Strong project management,communication, risk mitigation, and issue resolution skills. Ability to multi task and manage multiple complex projects to successful completion.Ability to operate successfully in a global organization. · Intermediate Project Management Skills · MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project) · Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and functionality ?" SumTotal/Saba preferred · Transact SQL and SQL Reporting Services (SumTotal) · Oracle PL-SQL and Crystal Reports (Saba) · Excellent oral and written communication skills Education/Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 10+ years specialized productexperience. Proficiency in Computer Associates (CA) Clarity preferred.Proficiency in analyzing basic financial information using SAP preferred. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and any cost estimating tools. Project Management Professional (PMP)Certification. Proficiency in using Microsoft Sharepoint. Experience implementing projects using resources located around the world. Working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
