Project Manager- Legal/Finance Transformation Program recruitment

Chartis Regional Legal is engaged in number of local, regional and global initiatives in the functions of Corporate Governance, Regulatory, Compliance, Legal Restructuring, Internal MA and other adhoc projects (primarily non-systems related) from time to time. Responsibilities include but not limited to

Initiate project, define project structure, plan the execution approach, monitor and control, engage various project stake holders, liaise with Project Management Office and finally initiate project closure.
Conduct project meetings across different work streams / time zones, ensure that minutes are properly documented, track and follow-up on project status against the project plan, manage project issues and risks
Create Pitch Document, collect impact analysis from various work streams, obtain design authority other internal approvals, update the deck through the project life cycle
Create, review, baseline, seek input, monitor, update project plan, derive critical path and evaluate the downstream impacts due to new developments
Conceive, create, review, co-ordinate, track project business case and file amendments, take the business case through the necessary internal approval process. The business case incorporates a various number of required artifacts.
Project Status Reporting including weekly HO, monthly project steering committee, monthly/quarterly PMO program level reporting and adhoc reporting
Create project budget, track actual costs, co-ordinate cross charges, maintain project budgets, monitor the variances, report to appropriately.
Establish project proposal in PPM tool, maintain project artifacts in Docushare, prepare organization charts, collate and compile business requirements are other responsibilities.

Qualifications / Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
5 to 8 years of prior project management experience in a multinational environment
Self motivated, work independently, in cohesive group, analytical and able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving
Ability to work with diverse business partners across different time zones, excellent presentation and conflict resolution skills
Familiar with project management methodologies like PMI / PRINCE2 and project management processes
Proven ability to manage several projects concurrently to execute local, regional and global initiatives.
Proficient in MS Office skills
