Our teamThe Global Liquidity Services Business Project Management Office Team works closely with the various Regional (EMEA, APAC, WHEM) business Product teams to define, organize and manage projects to support the client and revenue goals of the Regions and Global organizations.
Projects can be large and collectively make up a "Program" that can progress over multiple years. Small and medium projects are also very common. While most projects have technical (systems) impacts, some are business oriented only. This team is expected to uphold the strict system development life cycle standards in place at JPMC while managing all aspects of the program / project.
RoleThe VP Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects from a "Business Project Management" perspective. The role requires seasoned experience as the business and technical project space is complex and multi dimensional. It is a focus on the Ready to Launch and Ready to Sell tasks that leverage the Technical software project to implement banking products for our clients. It includes the management of the original funding approval process (SPR planning), project initialization, business requirements build and all of the non-tech milestones (RTL/RTS) to commercialize the products. It includes typical senior project management tasks that manage project schedule, project task plan, project issues, risks, change requests, weekly status meetings, and weekly status reporting. This role will partner closely with the Technical PMO Project Manager to ensure that the Technical components are well defined, and the Technical deliverables are produced on time with high quality. This role requires experience in navigating a complex cross functional organization (cross impacted partners) as well as requirements to communicate with senior management resources,
