The Company
A multi-national Investment Bank is urgently looking for a Project Manager for their Client Service Desk project, initially on a 6 months contract to permanent.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will report into the Project Manager and will engage in the following:
- Put forward a medium term direction for Operations
- Investigate where Operations can achieve economies of scale
- Work with functional areas on plans for evolution of back/middle office
- Define process, structures and systems for operations and implement
- Ensure efficiency of operational processes in Asia
- System Implementation
- Communicate to all project stakeholders
Your Profile
To qualify as a Project Manager for this role, you MUST have:
- At least 5 years of solid project management experience
- At least 2 years experience in a production type role
- Fluent or native English
- Strong experience in management type projects
- Ability to work on your own
- Must have process re-engineering experience
- Been involved on the flow side
- Strong experience on migration, deployment, testing, UAT, implementation
- Very strong skills in Financial analysis and business analysis
- Very strong skills in Change Management and resolution skills for disputes
- Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first
For the Capital Markets PM role additional experience required in:
- Exposure to Capital Markets Operations
- Experience on Client On boarding in either due diligence or client integration
- Have at least 2 years experience in Capital Markets BO/MO production role
