Project Manager MNC Insurance $40-65K 6 contract to turn perm recruitment
The Company
A multi-national insurance company is urgently looking for a Project Manager for their regional project for a 6 months contract to turn perm.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will report into the Local CEO, Regional COO and Global Project team and will engage in the following:
- Implement system
- Develop local business unit plans and approaches to ensure the implementation is met
- Work closely with the Global Project team
- Manage delivery against project plan, monitor progress and take action to ensure delivery remains on track
- Assist the project sponsor in developing a business case
- Incorporating benefits tracking into the project
- Integrate activities and manage interdependencies of the project
- Manage a team of business analysts and subject matter experts
- Communicate to all project stakeholders
Your Profile
To qualify as a Project Manager for this role, you MUST have:
- At least 6 years of solid project management experience
- Experience within an Insurance company or Financial Services
- PMP or Prince2 qualified or related qualification
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Finance, IT or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of financial services
- Experience on implementation projects
- Very strong skills in Change Management and resolution skills for disputes
