Project Manager, NAMA Unit – Dublin recruitment
We are currently looking for a Project Manager for our client, a company based in Dublin.
Job Description:
- Support the delivery of a visible and billable revenue stream, along with implementing robust cost recovery procedures
- Be an integral part of the integration of different units within the organization
- Liaising regularly and building strong relationships with clients in a constructive and professional manner
- The candidate should report regularly, ensuring all appropriate managers are kept up to date. Along with this the candidate will chair working groups and deliver project objectives continuously
- From the Project Managers finding a new model incorporating the merger of NAMA assets internally will be required
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and ensure they have all the information they require
- As well as existing projects, the successful candidate will be required to manage new projects should they arise
- Deliver and Identify continuous improvement possibilities
Requirements:
- Previous Project management experience a must
- 5 -7 years’ experience in business / finance environment
- Solid working knowledge of commercial lending, property management and asset servicing
- A high degree of attention to details in a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required
- Excellent presentation skills
- The candidate must demonstrate initiative and have strong organisational skills
- Advanced IT skills essential , MS Office
