Our client a top tier global investment bank is looking for a Project Manager to join the Operations functions a team that is responsible for the project management, requirements documentation, testing, and roll-out to production of all mandatory and business-related change issues for the Foreign Exchange (FX) business.

The available position is for a team member focusing on project management and delivery of large-scale change and transformation programmes, including full front-to-back reengineering of trade and financial flows, as well as smaller project initiatives across the wide range of Foreign Exchange Operations functions and responsibilities.
As a key part of this team, you will be working in a dynamic, pressurised environment, interacting with a wide variety of internal clients and senior stakeholders in departments such as front office trading sales teams, business management, middle office, operations, finance and IT, across a wide range of locations.
You will have:
• Ability to coordinate and manage large-scale projects.
• Ability to provide appropriate structure, guidance, targets, coordination and quality control.
• Experience managing all aspects of a project including setting and achieving targets, and managing resources and budget.
• Ability to deal confidently with senior stakeholders across a range of departments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working and having a proven track record in a change environment role.
• Established project management credentials (PMI or equivalent accreditation beneficial).
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to liaise with subject matter experts to problem solve issues.
