Project Manager (Operations) recruitment
Our client who provides key support services to major banks in Singapore invites dynamic and experienced banking professional to join its team.
Job Responsibilities
- Report to Executive Director
- Responsible for managing a variety of projects pertaining to Investment Banks.
- Assists Director to develop and implement tactical programs to resolve project issues and problems.
- Co-ordinates meetings amongst stakeholders to develop agendas and drive action items
- Represent the organisation or Executive Director on selected committees
- Executes policies and procedures. Provide inputs for improvements.
- Provides leadership and motivation to junior officers in an effort to meet organisation’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee work assignments of administrative employees providing direction and guidance as necessary.
- Provides timely and accurate information to inquiries from multi stakeholders and relevant industry group.
- Provide inputs for the developments of budgets.
Job Requirements
- Min 8 years of working experience in the Investment Banking operations background.
- Able to manage multi priorities with tight deadlines
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Service oriented
- Good project management skills
