Project Manager, Ops Change, OTC, CDS, Clearing recruitment
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects or project work streams, driving change management and implementing process re-engineering initiatives across the prime services area with specific focus on OTC derivatives and CDS. Current market conditions have focused attention on this area and the successful candidate will have a high profile and the opportunity to work closely with the business. This is a highly visible position and the successful candidate will not only be well remunerated but there is the opportunity to fast track their career and progress through the ranks.
The Project Manager will be a key contributor to the delivery of change within Prime Services Operations and will therefore have to be strong communicator with a wealth of experience in the prime services space. As mentioned before there is a focus on OTC Derivatives, specifically clearing, and CDS products. Therefore a solid understanding of these areas will be key, combined with a mixture of the following:
• Leadership and Management of large scale operational change projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the goal of becoming the go to person for all operational change aspects in this space.
• Product and system knowledge.
• Experience managing a portfolio of change within the team, working with the front office, and Ops management to review outstanding work, prioritise and schedule upcoming work.
• Promote broader change best practice across the Operations world.
