DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and manage the overall project plan for the identified Sales Force Optimization Charter activities including all milestones and dependencies. Coordinate and liaise with other MSC groups, specifically related to sharing analytical research and results as well as implementation plans for potentially overlapping projects. Contribute to and manage data and analytical request necessary to support the development, implementation, and steady state metrics of various SFO initiatives. Support field research, focus group, surveys, and other methods of data collection for the purposes of plan development, deployment, or ongoing measurement. Present proposals to sales management and executive leadership for process enhancements and revisions. Assume lead role on improvement projects or sub-projects from concept inception to completion. Manage lead cross-functional teams charged with designing and implementing productivity enhancements. Coordinate with the IT team on projects requiring the development of new technologies, system enhancements, business rules, QA and user testing, training, and deployment. Present project plan or elements thereof to various stakeholders at all stages.
