The Role
You will drive projects, analyze and document key business processes related to products and potentially beyond when product group is the driver of the value chain (i.e. trade automation projects); formulate as-is and to be processes; maintain a working knowledge of key business processes; build business case for process automation projects; oversee its review and approval by senior management.
You will partner IT team to drive the delivery of approved business projects involving a technology solution. With it, you will perform requirements gathering and document developments specifications, develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of a project. You will assign, track and manage project tasks, activity, documentation and timing. Assist in and coordinate prioritization of project feature/functionality throughout the solution development lifecycle. Provide analysis and issue resolution to all cross-functional teams throughout the solution development and implementation lifecycle.
Your Profile
To be considered, you should have strong project management skills. Ideally, you will have prior experience in private banks or investment banking with familiarity with trading products and front to back processes (equities, Fixed Income, FX, derivatives, money markets). You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and is highly organized. Strong customer focus and team-orientated attitude will ensure building sound relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
