Project Manager /Product Specialist – FX structured products recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the Asia delivery of its global transformation program – overseeing the delivery of the implementation of the FX and structured products platform
• Business management lead responsible for identifying and prioritizing investment areas
• Liaise with key stakeholders of the bank – legal compliance operations, business strategy, sales-force operations and IT departments to create business case, roadmaps and secure funding for st6rategic initiatives
• Lead on overseeing the delivery of the implementation of its FX and structured products trading platform.’
• Identify and liaise with vendor to define and prioritize enhancements aligned with the bank’s strategic initiatives.
• Implementation of processes and platforms across its private wealth management arm
• Form strategic partnerships with business representatives to provide creative solutions for the bank
• Liaise with global functional heads of the bank to drive change initiative.
Key Skills and Requirements:
• Minimum 7-10 years post- MBA experience across analysis, implementation and change in an investment bank or private bank
• Strong operational FX products such as FX margining and STP solutions - as well as broader product knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
• Prior project management experience – implementing FX trading platforms
• Ability to understand the technical aspects of FX and margining – with the ability to undertake detailed analysis and write business specifications.
