Main Responsibilities:
- Design, Plan and Rollout of Global System
- Be able to priority and carry out projects independently
- Build a strong relationship with the business
- Analyze existing system flows and map to strategic platform
- Manage the requirement scope
- Manage and track multiple global application teams delivery
- Manage project plan, dependencies, risks and issues, finance
- Occasional business analysis work
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in project management
- Excellent understanding of cash equities and electronic trading business
- Strong co-ordination skills to work with global application teams
- Strong documentation skill to provide structured analysis and requirement documents
- Strong business analysis and project management skills
- Good technology background to be able to understand complex system flows
- MS Project, Excel skills
