Project Manager, CRES (Corporate Real Estate Services) - Banking, real estate, technology, property, corporate banking
Leading investment bank requires an experienced PM to join the newly created Corporate real estate services technology function.
Main Duties:
-Serve as IT PM across a number of CRES priority projects.
-Perform resource assessments and provide recommendations for the IT team required to support the initiatives.
-Coordinate with the global IT CRES team as well as other IT areas to deliver solutions that are accessible globally.
-Ensure that BCRES's IT systems meet business requirements and IT standards and guidelines.
-Relationship management with BCRES System related project sponsors and project managers
-Project Manager BCRES Strategic Project portfolio and coordinate with the CRES IT team to deliver on their objectives
Skills:
*Relevant experience in Corporate Real Estate Services IT in major corporations with complex world-wide property portfolios
*Project Management; IT/Business Relationship Management.
*Experience in IT Infrastructure platforms, CAFM, Dashboard and Datawarehouse systems
Contract role paying good rates.
