Project Manager – Reconciliations Migration
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Managerwith a strong applications focus to join our Market Operations team to deliver projects focussed around the migration of product to a new reconciliations. This role will encompass the end to end project delivery as well as the management of a team of developers to deliver key business projects which are aligned to the strategic growth of the Market Operations.
Key responsibilities
- End to end management of IT Project Deliverables including Planning, Execution timing etc
- Manage the full lifecycle of BAU activities
- Ensure timely delivery utilising extensive Schedules and Milestones to ensure delivery
- Bridge the gap between Technology and the Business and understand key requirements
About you:
To be successful in this role as a Project Manageryou will be degree qualified and have proven applications project delivery experience, ideally with previous TLM Reconciliations experience. You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills with a key focus on collaboration as well as having proven track record in managing a team to deliver applications based projects. In addition you will possess the following skills and experience
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication and Relationship Building Skills
- PMP or similar qualification
- Ability to lead a team, across multiple locations to ensure one clear vision of delivery
- Problem Solving attitude and have the confidence to challenge approaches and decisions where necessary
