- 80,000HKD to 100,000HKD
- 50% Bonus plus
- Regional role with global exposure
Background:
- Objective of the program is to ensure ownership and delivery of regulatory / compliance across 7 disciplines. unlike most regulatory changes, our client is in need of an expert to work across areas such as Front office and Risk with full cooperation and buy-in from Heads of department.
Responsibilities - expectations
- Structuring and planning of the program - you will have significant experience of planning and gaining buy in from senior stakeholders, ideally across multiple countries
- Execution - evidence required of hitting budgets / on time
- Leading by example - you will be a natural in implementing change and guiding other departments / team members to your level of capability
- Excellent sponsor management
- Identifying / promoting out of the box ideas to streamline the approach in a search for efficiency
- Managing project resources allocated to the program
Minimum requirements
- 8 + years Investment Banking experience
- 10 years experience / significant experience of large scale projects
- Strong understanding of global regulatory guidelines
Desirable and highly sought after
- Global regulatory experience ideally with local experience as well
- Proven track record of implementing this type of change across multiple sites such as Risk, IT, HR, Front Office, Regional office, Virtual teams
