Project Manager - Risk IT - Production Services / Applications
Project Manager required for our Investment Banking client based in London to lead the Real Time Bidding function for their Operational Risk IT department, managing production services for their supported applications.
Candidates will require knowledge across 5 functions, including Application Support, Controls, Governance, Change Management and Quality Assurance:
Application Support:
- Manage team of vendor staff to deliver L2/L3 RTB services
- Deliver RTB programme and and ensure benefits are realized.
- Take responsibility for managing the software and hardware lifecycle to ensure all required upgrades/changes are identified, prioritized, and planned in advance of current versions going out of support.
- Responsible for application of all controls against systems, i.e. IT healthcheck, FCRA, CDCi, affirmations, SOD, etc.
- Provide oversight for RTB activities for applications onboarded to Dragon
Controls:
- Ensure compliance with control standards.
- Work to ensure risks are pre-emptively identified, appropriately escalated, quickly mitigated or accepted, and root causes are addressed.
- Perform monthly FICAS reviews (review and justify all FICAS access) for all applications where prod access is requested and granted
- Ensure that SRPs are in place and tested for all applications, and that SRPs are updated where necessary to ensure recoverability
Governance:
- Report weekly on production support activities and trends, outages, usage.
- Manage the vendor relationship for applications onboarded to Dragon and SLA monitoring
Change Management:
- Manage the impact on Operational Risk and Operational Risk IT of infrastructure and BCM activities, new initiatives/requirements (i.e. testing standards), additional requirements for increased surveillance or control.
- Coordinate Ops Risk IT contribution to bank-wide activities: infra weekends, BCM testing, etc.
Quality Assurance
- Create and maintain documentation for training, trend analysis, cross training and troubleshooting of systems
- Manage relationship with business-facing support teams (PSC) to ensure consistent approach and timely knowledge sharing
