Pitney Bowes: Every connection is a new opportunity?. www.pb.com As a Finance Applications, Project Manager, you will be part of the Tech Central Finance Applications team and will work closely with onsite and offshore teams in support of the Finance and accounting functions (G/L, AP, Fixed Assets, AR) with focus on the North American Financial reporting (Controllership) and Managerial Accounting/Decision Support groups (Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting). Responsibility includes integration of these processes from different business units legacy systems into the corporate SAP and Hyperion environments. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, leading and managing strategic projects and /or enhancements in the finance areas within the core SAP and Hyperion platforms and related technologies. Responsibilities Lead the integration and support of Finance processes within our Shared services model, using the SAP and Hyperion platforms as the main solution Will work with onsite and offshore teams to ensure that production issues are fixed as per support SLAs Will act as a liaison between business and development teams to communicate priorities for support and projects in the SAP and Hyperion finance areas Will gather requirements from business users for enhancements and projects and will prepare the required functional specifications Will ensure that functional requirements are translated into technical solutions that are scalable and flexible Provide IT project leadership for transformational finance initiatives and integrations Will act as the key point of contact between the business users/counterparts and TechCentral, engaging with other SAP and Non-SAP teams (BI, Middleware, Infrastructure, etc) providing a single point of contact to the business partners, both internal and external and providing insight to technical solutions aimed at providing first quartile business performance Build relationships and interact with external vendors (banks, consulting firms, software vendors, etc.) as and when required to deliver business solutions All interested individuals must apply online.
