Project Manager (Seattle)
ikaSystems is seeking a results oriented, self starting individual who will be responsible for the efficient and high quality execution of system implementation projects for our payer customers. The project manager will prepare and review all documentation necessary for the successful execution of high quality project delivery, and track/monitor project health using standard project management methodologies. This individual will work closely with both customers and internal staff providing a communication link among these groups. Finally, the project manager will have an obligation to identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
This position is based in our Seattle, WA client-based office.
Responsibilities:
· Provide project management support to all stakeholders in terms of project health, status, and planning
· Create, review, and update project plans
· Identify resource needs for project execution and manage the day to day execution of the project
· Serve as ikaSystems representation on any client initiated project planning or project management exercise
· Coordinate document management and sharing through the client specific Sharepoint site
· Monitor testing and issue resolution through the IAD log or similar device
· Provide direction to business analysts as directed by the implementation lead
