Main Function

The PC Projects team is responsible for projects functions i.e. Project Management and Business Analysis support across Asia Pacific on initiatives impacting Product Control for:

Strategic change programmes (Build the Bank - BTB)

Processes and Technology improvements (Run the Bank - RTB)

Business growth initiatives

PC Projects aligns into two teams to support PC initiatives:

The Target Operating Model (TOM) team focuses on strategic, global BTB change programmes

The Run the Bank (RTB) team focuses on RTB and business change programmes

This role sits in the RTB team.

The RTB team partners with senior management and product controllers to conceptualise ideas, crystallise requirements and provide insights and solutions.We create value, drive change and are a change management adviser.Specialising in one, or more, specific product line teams, each RTB team member provides project management and business analysis expertise coupled with a solid appreciation of the needs and goals of their partner team.

Initiatives are prioritised to strengthen PC as a whole.?As such, each RTB team member will perform project management or business analysis for any product line team in addition to their specialist area.

Main Duties:

Partner with Global Change team to rollout Global projects

Manage regional projects rollouts

Work with Line PC to define business requirement and UAT documents for the respective projects

Work with Line PC to define UAT requirement documents

Foster strong relationships with PC Line teams Global Change team

Engage project partners outside Finance

Provide expert opinion to optimise systems and processes

Experience

ACA

At least 5-7 years work experience

Preferred experience in a Project team or Product Control with exposure to project initiative

Strong knowledge of investment bank business processes – front to back

Solid business analysis background

Track record in completing business analysis assignments across both business requirements gathering and testing

Experience of dealing with management and other key stakeholders

Experience in achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly to you

Knowledge of projects lifecycle: managing projects, user requirements / testing. Understanding of a project methodology
