My client a consultancy is looking for a Project Manager / Software Project Manager to work on digital and software solutions for leading brands.
As the Project Manager you will responsible for robust planning, effective execution of project activities and deliverables, managing client expectation and the escalation of risks and issues. The main areas of responsibility will be Planning and control, Delivery management, Stakeholder management and communication:
As the Project Manager you should have experience in managing Software/Digital projects involved in planning projects, facilitating the Discovery and Requirement Definition process and working with the team and the customer to plan releases and iteration workloads and driving and facilitating prioritization of functionality
You will be involved in resource balancing, forecasting and acquisition in order to support activity load, working with the Engagement Managers to construct execution Budgets and planning and agreeing risk management approach and change control
As the Project Manager you will drive the Agile approach to design and delivery and be effective in the delivery management and constant release plan balancing based on Iteration progress, that will be effective work schedule management and identification, escalation and resolution of priority conflicts and be involved in risk and issue management, change management and prioritization and to drive the solution governance activity and ensure that all required quality gateway criteria is being planned and executed
As the Project Manager you should be skilled and experienced in stakeholder Communications and Management, providing senior stakeholder management information and regular project reporting, solid communication/Promotion of success and working on risk and issue escalation and resource qualification and justification and attending regular communication of objectives, the plan, progress and priorities to the team and to cascade communications from senior stakeholders to the execution team.
The candidate should have solid knowledge of Agile and be able to drive agile forward, have the experience to manager medium to large software projects across multiple platforms. You should have risk management, change management either working in an digital agency or software consultancy house.
