• Acting as Trusted Advisor to customers

• Providing consultancy around typical customer workflows by gathering, analyzing and translating customer requirements into proper solutions, made of product, content and professional services, and defining an architecture for meeting business objectives

• Provides project and program management for large customer engagement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, budget and customer expectations and taking a lead role in solutions projects for implementing them

• Recognized SME in one or more products of our offering and the related business workflows in which the product can be deployed;

• Support solution sales through consulting activities, to build and refine Enterprise solutions through advisory services and thought leadership.

Responsibilities:

Delivers superior contribution to Solutions Services objectives (client satisfaction, profitability, feasibility, revenues).

Lends credibility to the brand through high business impact contribution in areas comprising of:

1. Project Management

Acting as Project manager for big projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and in line with customer expectations

2. Business Consultancy

Providing consultancy around typical customer workflows by gathering, analyzing and translating customer requirements into proper solutions, made of product, content and professional services, and defining an architecture for meeting customers business objectives

3. Bid Development

Provides leadership to a bid development team for the preparation of complex technical proposals (RFI/RFP) in one or more of the related typical key activities, such as: customer requirements gathering and analysis, design of solutions architectures, high level project plan and estimation of professional services effort required for implementation.

4. Expertise

Recognized Subject Matter Expert in one or more customer business workflows and related solutions packages and products, providing domain expertise across one or more practices (as credible and trusted) Business Consultant to our customers relative to solution propositions. Actively contributing to identify, establish and enforce Solutions Services best practices and offerings.

Maintenance of documentation repositories and contribution to improving templates and best practice documentation.

5. Customer

Develop customer relations at appropriate level to become a trusted business advisor and articulate high impact solutions to quantified and prioritized business challenges in language that customers use and understand.

6. Thought leadership

Inspire, teach and motivate others. Provide domain expertise in at least one key area of competency or subject matter, research and specialize on such area while maintaining a generalist knowledge of the other areas of expertise covered by the practice.

Skills:

1) Mastery of customer business workflows and products for one or more Solutions areas of growth

2) Strong analytical skills, ability to translate business processes into functional requirements and to design feasible solutions architectures

3) Strong expertise in products, technology and content for one or more Solutions Practices

4) Excellent communications skills

5) Recognized Project Management skills

6) Enterprise wide thinking - able to give end to end solutions

7) Financial business Acumen: helps client to quantify financial value of the solutions

8) Influencer and can-do attitude

9) Decision process understanding - ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of purchase decision processes and criteria by which decision makers define success

10) Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment and influence groups outside of Solution to execute efficiently.
