• Minimum 8 years in Project Management experience in the Electrical industry with at least two years focusing on the tendering process.
• Should be capable of multi-tasking with flexibility in assuming Project Management responsibility for the execution phase of projects.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The PM (Tenders) shall support all activities around tender management and shall be responsible for putting the various elements of the tender together in collaboration with the concerned stakeholders (including participating business units of the company, vendors, integrators etc.), in compliance with company's policies and procedures.
The PM (Tenders) shall be responsible for coordinating the bid response process, developing and maintaining a knowledge base of 'standard' answers and templates, as well as identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the bid response process.
FUNCTIONS:
• As the tender lead, take ownership of the RFP and all related documents. Structure and assemble the proposal / bid documents in collaboration with the concerned stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• As the tender lead, plan and monitor the deadlines to ensure timely and accurate approvals, proposal development and submission.
• Perform risk analysis and drive internal approval process prior to bid submission.
• Review tender terms conditions and incorporate appropriate clarifications and exceptions in the proposal in consultation with legal department.
• Review and revise documents prepared by others and coordinate the preparation of those materials required to complete the bid document.
• Control quality and accuracy of the proposal and ensure that the offer proposes the best solutions to the client and add value to the proposals.
• Develop effective network into all business units / functions of the company.
SALARY RANGE: Depends upon experience.
EDUCATION:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• PMP certificate preferred.
EMPLOYEE TYPE: PERMANENT, FULL TIME
