Project Manager – Trade Process recruitment
Investigate and then implement a diagnostics tool to measure the cost per trade across the investment bank. The full front to back office trade lifecycle will be measured and a tool must be selected to demonstrate analysis of the operational cost for all trades across all businesses, globally.
The breakdown of each trade process, production of metrics / analytics tools (balance scorecards / business intelligence / MI / heatmaps) is required. Focus upon quality Data is essential to ensure that attention and focus is put upon the correct areas.
It would be highly beneficial is you have a strong knowledge of the front to back lifecycle.
Knowledge across the asset classes would be good – while Listed Derivatives (or OTC Derivatives), Equities and Rates in particular would be attractive.
A background in Metrics, Diagnostics / Analytics / Performance Strategy and of course Cost Per Trade would be desirable.
Experience within a top tier investment bank is essential – while a track record of success is also required.
