Scoping and Requirements Gathering - interviews with Project Managers and Business Leads; Identify audiences and levels of training required; Scope content modules and specific focus areas; Identify format and appropriate channels for roll out.

Planning - Develop timeline and detailed plan.

Project Management – Create and manage own (content design and development; track outputs against requirements and plan); Weekly 1:1s with PM; Weekly attendance at Training + actions; Milestone Tracking; drafting of documentation for sign off; Reporting budget estimates and spend to TC Team.

Co-ordination – of suppliers, logistics and content (including sign off) as follows:

1) Supplier Management – co-ordinate content and deliverables across Internal Suppliers (TC Team, RWU Learning and Internal Trainers) as well as External suppliers.

2) Content Development – manage content development, audience, pitch and format across various channels utilised (eg if online utilised, manage SME Group/External suppliers to develop content, UAT and review).

3) Logistics – oversight and co-ordination of local logistics co-ordinators and/or direct liaison with venue(s) (depending on format of roll out); development of pre-training packs and joining instructions.

Communications – Identify communications requirements relating to training
