Project Manager Training Coordinator recruitment

o Design and develop curriculum plans based on project needs

o Develop training courses utilizing program tools and templates

o Help design training approach that encompasses holistic view for program and participants

o Develop course materials including supplemental job aids and online help information

o Coordinate course and curriculum scheduling needs with LD liaisons

o Develop, maintain and execute, where appropriate, course curriculum delivery plans to allow for repeatable, consistent, high quality execution of training sessions

o Enter and manage course and session information in the Learning Management System (LMS)
o Track and record participant training history in the LMS
o Coordinate scheduling of instructors and facilitators, both internal and external

o Collect and report Level 1 and Level 2 program evaluations

o Manage program delivery issues and logistics, as needed

o Interface with teammates and peers to secure training locations and other supplies, including training materials, required for delivery of training programs. Coordinate the communication of open enrollment training opportunities through multiple communication channels

o Work closely with onsite and offsite vendor partners to manage training materials / versions / licenses and other contractual items, as applicable
Project Management

o Develop and champion consistent and repeatable Training standards for the team

o Assist the team in managing project plans and project documentation on shared drive, eRoom and Sharepoint communities

Qualifications:

o 5-7 years of training development and coordination experience in a fast paced program environmentenvironment

o 3 to 5 years experience utilizing training authoring tools and developing training programs for large scale system implementation

o Working knowledge of SAP and Assima preferred but not required

o Knowledge of insurance and finance industries strongly desired

o Experience in managing and influencing across the organization

o Highly motivated individual,able to work in a diverse and fast paced environment

o Demonstrates superior problem solving, organization, verbal and written communication skills.

o Leads projects and works independently in a team environment.

o Ability to multi-task and deal effectively with employees at all levels of the organization

o Must possess excellent PC skills - advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Learning Management systems.
