Job Description:
Siemens Industry, Inc -- Water Technologies Business Unit, the worldwide leader in water products and services, is looking for a Project Manager to be located in its Conroe, TX office.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful completion of multiple projects, including overall coordination from start to finish, cost estimating, monitoring project deadlines and budgets, and frequent customer communication. Projects include both water purification equipment and turnkey installations of those systems using local regional internal and external resources.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with people within the company (service, sales, work with the company’s different groups divisions) and people outside the company (vendors, contractors customers). The selected candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, be team-oriented, and customer service focused.

We are looking for an organized individual with strong computer skills who has experience with managing multiple projects and tasks at the same time. Knowledge of Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, and Chemical Feed equipment within Industrial water and wastewater applications is a plus. Experience with executing an order within an SAP ERP platform will be helpful.

Education Required: Prefer BS Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or commensurate experience in industrial service operations or industrial project management.

Experience: Prefer 3-5 years of Project Management experience from an industrial water purification, construction and/or manufacturing background. Experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus. Consideration will be made for 3-5 years operational experience in an industrial service organization responsible for completing equipment and asset mobilization projects. Required are good computer skills (Microsoft-Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Projects)…as noted SAP experience would be extremely helpful.

Travel: up to 20% primarily within Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana
