Project Manager-Wealth Management recruitment
Core responsibilities:-
- Creating and managing detailed project plans, tracking to milestones, resolving issues and escalating as needed.
- Communicating projects status to all levels within the organization, including Senior Management.
- Implementing formal change processes.
- Building consensus among all groups within the organization.
Core Requirements:-
- 5 – 10 years of hands on Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience.
- 5 – 10 years of investment and portfolio management experience, including asset allocation, and rebalancing.
- 5+ years of experience in managing wealth management product offerings. These product offerings will be made available to financial advisors for developing portfolios for their clients.
- 5 – 10 years of securities processing, and trading operations experience.
- 5+ years of wealth management client on-boarding experience.
- Knowledge of financial planning and private wealth proposal generation.
- 5+ years’ experience developing BRD and FRD.
Desired skills:-
- Knowledge of project management standards and tools.
- Knowledge of current regulatory initiatives and how they can impact the business.
- Advanced MS Office skills to produce professional quality documents, data analysis and management and at times develop various prototypes or test support tools.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
