Project Manager/Business Analyst Lead recruitment
My client, one of the world’s largest banks requires an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their expanding team as a result of a new internal project initiative. The bank in question is an international company with presence across the globe. This is an exciting time to be joining the team.
Description:
The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring compliance with Ireland/ Luxembourg and bank’s regulations and contractual commitments to their clients in relation to AML requirements. The work will be challenging and will suit hardworking, dedicated individuals who have a proven track record in project delivery. The role will provide an excellent opportunity to learn aspects of the securities and fund services business from an AML perspective. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your project management skills.
The drivers of the project are to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, the reduce scope for error by eliminating manual processes and to reduce costs by reducing current manual processes.
Responsibilities:
- To agree implementation timetables with Product, Operations and Technology departments
- To coordinate all aspects of the implementation
- To lead requirements gathering and documentation
- To manage system enhancement projects, including end to end management of the software development lifecycle
- Ensure a seamless transition from project implementation to BAU service
- Responsibilities:
- 5 years’ experience in the TA business
- Experience of managing systems implementation projects
- Experience of project implementation and management of change
Requirements:
- Circa 5 years knowledge in TA business
- Knowledge of at least one TA platform
- Strong BA skills
- Experience in project implementation and management of change
- Degree or equivalent (preferred)
