Project Manager/Commissioning Agent (MEP)
Our client is looking for a Project Manager/Commissioning Agent (MEP). Responsibilities include coordinating Quality Control programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automatic temperature control, fire alarms, fire protection, and power systems. Types of projects include hospitals, laboratories, medical research buildings, office buildings, data centers, and colleges/universities.
Requirements for this position include extensive knowledge of mechanical system operations across an array of scope elements including, but not limited to:
- Complex design, installation, and performance analyses of sophisticated mechanical, HVAC, and ATC systems.
- Coordinating collection and resolution of problems within high profile environments.
- Leading and suporting the training of operations staff to enhance the beneficial use of new/renovated facilities.
- Technically proficient problem solver and effective communicator with experience in delivering project completion ahead of schedule and under budget.
