Project Manager/Delivery Manager recruitment
Due to the continued success of the business and growth in customer base, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Delivery/Project Manager to join this high performing team. This organisation is specifically looking for people that have previously delivered trading platforms within large scale financial institutions and worked within the front office environment.
To be a success within the role it is essential that you have strong product knowledge of either cash equities or derivative products. This product knowledge is essential as not only will you be required to deliver the trading system you will also be expected to face off to business users and project stakeholder and thus requiring you to be able to build the relationship. Alongside this you will be expected to have strong project delivery experience and be able to work in highly pressurised environments so any previous qualifications such as a PMP or PRINCE would definitely be an advantage. Strong communication is essential for this role as you will be communicating with traders, technical staff and business users and therefore your English must be first class. A minimum of 4 years project management delivering trading platforms or order management systems is essential for you to be qualified for this role.
