The Company
Our client is a global private bank with a strong presence in Singapore. With growth in their business, they are looking for Project Manager to manage their Internet Banking Team.
The Position
This role will involve managing the online channels, with the strategic aim to provide innovative, value-adding services and best of class online experience leading to superior customer experience, increased usage and business growth.
1. Manage new business initiatives for online channels from conceptualisation to market rollout
• Engage internal stakeholders such as product managers and external business partners where relevant to develop new functions
• Evaluate solutions proposed by IT, or vendors/partners and make necessary recommendations
• Prepare business proposals, seek approval and budget from management to implement initiative
• Work with relevant support units both internal and external parties to develop and implement the services
• Understand business requirements from product owners/segment managers/other departments
• Work with IT and support units to analyse impact to online channels
• Facilitate the formulation of business user requirements
• Support smooth rollout of enhancements, manage pre and post-implementation activities
2. Develop the use of internet/mobile banking channel through innovation of new / enhanced functionalities and value-adding services
• Identify business opportunities to provide new or enhanced services for the consumer on internet/mobile banking channels
• Define requirements, review functional specifications, manage user acceptance test, develop rollout plan and implement new services
• Work with internal stakeholders and/or business partners to obtain requirements on new services
• Enhance existing services and features, manage service improvement initiatives
• Manage new product initiatives
• Identify channel synergies and ensure convergence of services and user experience across mobile and internet banking
3. Ensure smooth running of internet channel and good customer satisfaction
• Look for areas of improvement/synergy to increase service quality and customer convenience
• Conduct training and education program for external customers and internal support units
The Person
• Keen interest in internet evolution, changing technologies and trends.
• Experience in project management, self-driven, resourcefulness and problem solving.
• Ability to appreciate the technology applications and capabilities to harness for business use
• Good interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills to engage and foster collaboration with internal business units.
• Good team player.
