Project Managers and Business Analysts with a good understanding of regulatory developments, including Basel 3 and CRD 4, to join our team within the UK recruitment

We are currently working with a number of Tier 1 financial institutions on large change initiatives within the Finance, Risk and Treasury functions.
 

Based in London, the successful candidates will be experienced Risk professionals, with robust consulting skills. They will be expected to lead and support the delivery of projects assisting Tier 1 financial institutions in addressing forthcoming capital and liquidity regulatory requirements. This will involve assisting clients with respect to:
 

• Technical Interpretation: Providing guidance to Risk, Finance and Treasury functions to understand the requirements set out in Basel 3 and CRD 4 as well as Implementing Technical Standards set out by the European Banking Authority. In this context, successful candidates will also be expected to assist clients in determining and evaluating the impact of the forthcoming capital and liquidity regulatory requirements (strategic, business and operational impact);

• Governance and Process: Providing guidance to Risk, Finance and Treasury functions to determine and implement the required changes to governance arrangements and processes to implement Basel 3 and CRD 4 requirements. Successful candidates will be expected not only to advise on the required changes but also to implement them with the client teams (e.g., implementation of Advanced CVA);

• Data and Systems: Providing guidance to Risk, Finance and Treasury functions to determine and implement the required changes to data and systems to implement Basel 3 and CRD 4 requirements (e.g., additional data and systems requirements to implement Advanced CVA; additional data and systems requirements to implement the new supervisory reporting requirements);

• Analytics: Providing guidance to Risk and Treasury functions to enhance existing capital, risk and liquidity analytics (including models) to address the requirements of Basel 3 and CRD 4 and/or address increased FSA’s expectations in this regard.

Successful candidates will play a leading role in the delivery of these services, and also support avantage with the development of new services, taking these services to market.
