Project Managers/Business Analysts – Front Office – New York, North America, South America recruitment
The major focus of the position will be to provide functional business expertise across front to back processing, accounting, trader limits and collateral management. Along with consultation and leadership to the client and remote team on all aspects of Front office and risk during the implementation.
A Financial Markets expert you will have successfully delivered a number of front/back office systems implementations, possess strong business domain knowledge in FX, IR, IRs, Options, Future, commodities and be comfortable in providing advice and direction on projects. Your role will involve leading a work stream and managing a remote team that provide business and configuration expertise.
Essential Skills Experience:
• Financial Markets expert with solid cross-derivative knowledge gained within the Front office or Back Office environment.
• Senior Business Analyst with leadership experience.
• Trading system implementation experience – Calypso preferred, Murex , Summit etc. accepted.
• Strong product knowledge and analysis of IR, Bond, Credit, FX, and Commodities
• Good trading PL and risk knowledge
The role requires strong leadership and relationship skills, with the ability to influence outcomes. Software vendor or consultancy experience is preferred with focus on high level client delivery.
