DMEautomotive History
Founded in 1982, DME began as a small company specializing in direct mail and has grown to a vertically integrated marketing company that employs over 500 people. DMEautomotive also works with aftermarket companies such as TBC Retail (Tire Kingdom) and has been chosen as a preferred vendor for service retention marketing for OEMs such as Mitsubishi, Suzuki and Kia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement all assigned projects utilizing established SDLC Project Management Methodologies, standards, and governance framework to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
- Overall responsibility for the management of all SDLC life cycle phases for assigned projects.
- Interfacing with business stakeholders and product management where appropriate, and facilitating regular project meetings to ensure that all requirements are satisfied throughout the delivery process.
- Coordinate business and IT cross-functional teams to develop business requirements using modeling techniques and tools.
- This person must lead effort, but have the ability to gather and a document requirement is required.
- Someone who has acted as a Project Manager in a Microsoft environment is a strong plus.
- Understanding of SQL is strong plus.
- Able to conceptualize and think creatively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must possess skill sets and demonstrate proven experience developing, improving and streamlining processes to meet established goals and objectives.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of SDLC/Application Development technology project management experience with a successful history of project completion on a large scale.
- Well-developed project planning, control, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience project managing within a multi-platform computing environment with a strong Web/Application Development background.
- Familiarity with Project Management processes, methodologies, and structure (e.g. SDLC/Agile/Extreme Programming, RAD, RUP, etc). Agile is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High energy and dedication for service delivery excellence.
- PMP Certification.
- BA/BS degree required.
