Staff members have provided a wide range of formulations, testing, and GMP drug product production for a broad spectrum of clients. We are registered with the FDA and the Commonwealth of Kentucky Board of Pharmacy for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.  CLI is seeking a person to oversee its web-based project management system who will also provide assistance in marketing and sales administration activities.

Job Duties

Project Management

·         Oversees all aspects of project management database operations including:

o   Maintenance of existing database

o   Employee training

o   Troubleshooting of system issues

o   Interface with software provider

·  Creates and disseminates reports for senior management, project and functional managers

· Works to improve and upgrade functionality of project management system

·         Assists project managers in creation of project forecasts

Marketing

·   Assists Marketing Manager in preparing and reviewing client proposals

·         Assists department in arranging client site visits

·         Provides input on marketing and advertising efforts

·  Participates in the development and implementation of the company's advertising strategy, both from a business and sales perspective.

·  Maintains company website and assists in development of web-based marketing strategy.

·    Assists Business Development Manager in developing departmental budget.

Finance

·         Assists in development and maintenance of revenue forecast.

·   Provides support to field sales representatives and VP of Business Development in preparing for client meetings.
