Description

The job holder manages the planning, organizing and implementation of multiple complex technical projects (projects involving multiple systems interfaces and/or programs). S/he takes projects from original concept through final implementation. S/he is responsible for assembling the project team and assigning individual responsibilities. S/he directs and controls all work performed in the framework of the Work Breakdown Structure. S/he provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years experience required. S/he has knowledge of technologies at use within the project(s) for which s/he is responsible. Job holder must have extensive experience with managing client expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with senior management on service-related issues. Prior experience managing major impact projects and planning and tracking multiple complex projects required. S/he develops detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and monitors project results for significant deviations. S/he may manage the integration of tasks for vendor and other engineering groups and track and review their deliverables. S/he manages client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met. S/he ensures adherence to current project management standard processes and ensures compliance to quality assurance policies.

This Project Management position will also require leadership and comfort working

in several other key areas:

Become a PPM SME and leverage this knowledge for effective project set up and

oversight in a way that supports the WM CTS management vision.

Leverage exceptional Project Management skills and demonstrate practical SDLC application prowess – ability to learn the standards then tailor a nimble/agile for our organization and communicate that vision to our teams.

Communications Manager who will moderate and direct communications throughout the department to ensure messages are consistent and promote a positive image on behalf of WM CTS – whether via Intranet or email communication. He/She will provide updates and content on Wealth Management CTS intranet and SharePoint sites. He/She will be the go-to person when developing critical end-user emails and program updates.

Management Reporting by assisting or leading the development, editing and formatting of leadership PowerPoint decks, reports and posts to the internal WM site.
