To provide administrative support to the Professional Services Programme Directors and Project Managers to include telephone answering, invoicing, debt chasing and the monitoring of revenue/forecast information.
To provide administrative support for all Professional Services staff to include the management of hotel bookings, flights, car hire etc. This task will also include assisting with the production of courseware and manuals and the management of activity reports.
To maintain the internal ‘Wiki’ for the team ensuring it is updated on a weekly basis with staff locations, project updates etc.
Opportunity to manage product implementations and any associated services, with an allocated Project Manager acting as a mentor and providing the necessary guidance.
Cover the Support Desk for holiday and sickness absence periods.
