Project & Process Expert, Regional Workforce Management recruitment
For assigned HR specialty areas (e.g., HRIS Data, Employee Offboarding, Time Attendance):
* Identify, plan, test and implement improvements to process, procedures or systems
* Interface with HR Generalists on complex issue resolution and policy interpretation
* Create/update Service Center documentation and employee/HR communications (e.g., Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, QA, forms/templates, web content)
* Work with offshore HR Service Center team and regional/global colleagues to identify and drive resolution of system or process issues, including exception management
* Serve as knowledge expert on regional regulatory or policy requirements
* Serve on related governance boards, operating committees or working groups, as needed
* Oversee seasonal activities (e.g., vacation carry over) and non-cyclical activities (e.g, acquisition)
Across all HR specialty areas:
* Perform, monitor or advise on process controls, operational efficiencies, risk mitigation, audit preparation and/or regulatory compliance activities
* Interface with external regulators, internal auditors or other control functions
* Manage or participate in projects (HR data, systems, processes) to strengthen control environment
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:
* 8+ years related work experience
* Sound knowledge of HR and HR processes
* Experience implementing HR systems or process improvements
* Experience working with service center teams
* Strong project management skills, with proven track record of delivery
* Ability to work accurately, reliably and with attention to details
* Ability to manage own time effectively, work independently, and take accountability for actions while still maintaining a collaborative team environment
