Senior Project Manager/Program Manager with extensive experience of Best Practice within Compliance department, Regulation, Policy, Onboarding KYC; Client Classification MiFiD; Knowledge of FATCA; Regulation. Strong track record in managing teams (with Regulatory Knowledge) of KYC, MiFiD, FATCA .INVESTMENT BANKING EXP ESSENTIAL Expert level in Microsoft Office applications; Knowledge of ARROW; Strong/demonstrable Data Management/Reporting skills; Strong/demonstrable

Database/Access Skills.

Role is for an individual with extensive experience managing large scale change projects; leading transformation projects, with a strong focus on Compliance change/IT change.

Management of substantial project budgets resources involving multiple parties suppliers. Ability to manage relationships expectations of multiple stakeholders, Ability to motivate project teams influence an organisation to deliver change.

Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, prioritisation, interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Outstanding attention to detail.

Professional Project Management qualification strongly preferred (eg Prince 2).

Strong working background demonstrating ability to deliver change to time budget.

Key responsibilities; Manage entire project life cycle.

Take ownership of project deliverables against agreed scope, budget timeline.

Develop strong relationships throughout the various business functions.

Manage the change process within the scope of the project.

Analyse understand business issues initiatives, working with the project sponsor to create effective solutions.

Identify, manage resolve project-level risks, dependencies issues.

Own manage project budgets resources.

Utilise governance reporting standards.

Work with third-party vendors where necessary to deliver required products.

Be an ambassador of the organization champion of project management best practices.

Undertake post-implementation reviews implement lessons learned.

Contribute to increasing capability expertise of the function.
