Project Quantity Surveyor Job in North West, North West Uk
Due to continued expansion, our client is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the acquisition of a talented Quantity Surveyor. Working in an established team, you will report to a Managing QS and will be responsible day to day quantity surveying tasks on allocated contracts including valuations, sub contract procurement and payment and production of internal financial reports.
The successful individual must have a proven track record in Quantity Surveying in the Construction industry, and within a 'Build' environment. Knowledge of care homes and social housing is also preferable. You will have a high level of commercial acumen and and will possess (or be working towards) a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
