Job Description An outstanding opportunity exists for a Project Scheduler to work on a range of exciting projects. Under general supervision of the Project Controls Manager, the P6 Project Scheduler will competently perform all aspects of program planning, controlling, forecasting, reporting and managing the program relative to the established baseline program for the nominated project. Key Responsibilities of the Role: Ensuring the program baseline plan developed for the project produces accurate results and reflects overall budget and planning caps and timelines In conjunction with the Area Manager and other key personnel review, refine and apply a project prioritisation model that delivers the expected outcomes Provide regular weekly and monthly reports in the format agreed in conjunction with a procurement plan to optimise the project Input the program into P6 Prepare a final capital works program for financial analysis and assist with a submission report. The successful applicant will possess: Preferred tertiary qualifications in an Engineering, Project Management or related construction discipline Minimum 5 years prior experience in Project Controls planning scheduling experience in major infrastructure or mining oil and gas industries Past experience on one or more EPCM, Alliance or major DC projects High level of communication skills and ability to lead a project that has extensive organisational linkages
