American Air Liquide offers industrial gases and related services to a variety of customers including those in large industry, industrial manufacturing, electronics and healthcare marketplaces.

Position Description:

Air Liquide Industrial US is actively seeking a Project Specialist. The individual will perform (but not be limited to) the following responsibilities:

•Responsible for project management for the installation of Air Gas, CO2, N2O, APSA, AMSA and complex installations to include:
•Design
•Installation
•Scheduling of equipment
•Budget
•Start up and troubleshooting
•Technical support to regional sales / service
•If qualified, serves as the Design Authority for non-medical installations
•Has experience and recognized expertise in systems he or she is validating
•Reviews and validates all equipment and engineered system designs within his or her field of expertise
•Reviews and validates completed standard designs
•Is a member of the Engineering Team in the project management process
•Designs all equipment and engineered systems, as well as the design integrating those systems into a complete facility
•Provides or assigns Design Authority as required for validating the integrated facility design

General Requirements:
•B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
•Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics and process flow charts
•Knowledge of PLCs, instrumentation and compressors
•Computer literate
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Requires walking or standing to a significant degree
