Job Summary
CDS-PMO Project Portfolio:
* Handling of new project requests
* CDS-PMO Project database governance and maintenance
* Provision of reporting on project portfolio
* Securing project management and communication standards and processes
* Communication of CDS-PMO methodology to the organization
* Consulting and training provision on the CDS-PMO methodology to the organization
* Coordinating interfaces between other BCD PMO entities
* Conducting Audits on CDS projects
* Deliver in person and virtual PMO trainings

Monitoring Ongoing Projects:
* Coordinating project managers on project initiation, planning and closure as well as on the application of CDS-PMO tools and methodology
* Assisting with Risk Analysis Management and Interfaces to Project Portfolio
* Advice and audit on project plan and project milestones

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include

* Securing and maintenance of CDS-PMO Methodology and Tools
* Maintenance and update of CDS-PMO communication channels
* Preparation of reports according to standards
* Provision of information, guidance tools for groups and individuals
* Controlling and auditing of compliance to CDS-PMO predefined quality levels CDS-PMO processes
* Maintenance and update of Project Portfolio Database reporting
* Direction to project managers and teams on execution of CDS-PMO methodology and tools
* Assisting with, and preparing of, project review and decision making Documentation in EMEA and Globally.
* Facilitation and controlling as well as administration of documentation of projects (Database E-Room)
* Preparation and provision of Reporting on project portfolio
* Training BCD Internal resources on CDS PMO processes
* Administration and Database Maintenance
* Communication on project portfolio
* Driving compliance to CDS-PMO processes

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of project support experience
* Experience with project management methodologies
* 3 years experience in travel industry, including agency operations
* Thorough understanding of agency front-mid and back office processes
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Fluent English (additional language a plus)
* Ability to travel as needed
