Project Support Controller –Vending and coffee solutions Job in Surrey, Southern UK

The Job/Duties

A support role to ensure that the order, delivery and installation of new and replacement vending and office coffee machines runs smoothly.

 

You will be responsible for liaising across a wide range of personnel from delivery drivers to senior management and clients to ensure that equipment and supplies are ordered and external resources are mobilized appropriately in a timely manner to deliver the project plan.

The Person

The successful candidate should possess the following:

-          Proven success in an administrative support or management role.

-          Knowledge of the vending or coffee sector would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

-          Excellent organizational skills.

-          Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across a varied cross section of personnel, suppliers and clients.

-          Excellent time keeping and administrative skills.

-          Self starter with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines and targets.

 

Location

You should live within a commutable distance from Farnborough, Hampshire –you will need to attend meetings in the offices here once a week or fortnight.
